How long does setup actually take?

Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days. Day 1 is the strategy call. Days 2–4 we build. Day 5 you review and approve. Day 5–7 we launch. Occasionally more complex builds take up to 2 weeks — we'll always tell you upfront.
Will the AI actually sound like my business?

Yes — we train it specifically on your business. Your services, your prices, your FAQs, your tone. We do test calls before going live to make sure it sounds exactly right. Most callers don't know it's AI unless you tell them.
What if I miss a call and the AI doesn't get it right?

You get a text notification every time a call comes in — with a summary of the conversation. If anything seems off, you can call the lead back directly. The AI also improves over time as we refine it based on real calls.
Can I make changes to my website after launch?

Yes. Updates, new pages, pricing changes, photos — just message us and we'll handle it. Your subscription includes ongoing maintenance and updates. You never need to touch the backend yourself.
Do I own my website if I cancel?

The website is built on GoHighLevel, which we manage. If you cancel, we can export your content and help you migrate it elsewhere — but the GHL hosting ends with your subscription. We'll always be transparent about this upfront.
What happens during the consultation — is there a pitch?

No pitch. The consultation is genuinely us learning your business and figuring out what you need. If we think we're a good fit, we'll say so and explain why. If we don't think the system is right for your situation, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose a sale than overpromise.
